Position / Promotion

The assessment system of Tomolion is divided by the value assessment, the capability assessment and the performance assessment. The system, aiming at fostering the talents, is used to promote and select the manager and provide the incentive and the training.

Annual Salary and Incentive

Tomolion, compared to similar businesses and companies, maintains the competitive salary level to stabilize the livelihood of the employee and encourage the employee’s working motives. Tomolion, based on the top-class professional capability, exhaustively aims at the performance-oriented principle, while presenting the performance incentive system that the employee receives the incentive according to its individual performance outcome. In addition, the IB (Incentive Bonus) system is provided where the performance outcome is shared according to the contribution by the organization and the individual when the management goal.

Working Hours

40 hours / 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) 9:15 am - 6:15 pm
